Environmental Planner plans, prepares, and monitors environmental research and evaluates potential impact of assigned projects. Ensures environmental projects are in compliance with the state and federal regulations. Being an Environmental Planner estimate the level of pollutants involving air, land, and water to devise mitigating measures. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Additionally, Environmental Planner typically reports to a supervisor. To be an Environmental Planner typically requires 0-2 years of related experience.     About the Role

    The Planner leverages industry knowledge to provide key insights and strategic recommendations for positioning a client's business/products.

    What You'll Do

    Development of brand strategies, writing creative briefs, ability to guide development and presentation of the creative work. Help 'selling' ideas.

    Participate in all client's consumer research. Help design and implement research projects. Gain insight into target audiences. Present test results.

    Prepare and present quarterly Advertising Reviews including client product category and non-category comms, as well as relevant trends.

    What You'll Need

    Five years of experience in at least one aspect of strategic planning or related field.

    Bachelors degree.

    Familiarity with most forms of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies and working knowledge of when and how to apply them to a given client challenge.

    Ability to work directly with clients and develop relationships accordingly on behalf of the agency.

    Demonstrated talent for abstract thinking, spotting trends and patterns, an innate curiosity and insight into human behavior, an instinct for popular culture, and a nuanced understanding of creative work are critical.

    The ability to work across different groups and disciplines is key to their success, as is their judgment in pushing the work, elevating the ambition of a brand, and leading the client's thinking about the potential of their business.

    Bilingual (English/Spanish).
