Administrative Assistant/Case Manager

Advisor in a large financial services firm with offices throughout New England seeks an Administrative Assistant in his East Providence, RI office.

This will be a Part – time position 15-25 hours per week during normal business hours and can be flexible. This position does have the ability to be remote at times. Perfect for individuals looking to wind down a career on their own terms.

Qualifications include superior verbal and written communication skills, a professional and friendly phone presence, strong organizational skills, and an ability to learn and adapt to new software and processes quickly. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Excel applications are necessary, as is experience with professional correspondence. A background in Financial Services preferred.

The duties of this role include communication with clients, preparing client presentations, submission and tracking of all new business cases, maintaining a CRM system, management of website and social media platforms and general administrative support.
