Inspects the work areas and work procedures and makes environmental, health and safety recommendations accordingly. Being an Environmental Services Coordinator maintains and updates environmental policy and procedure manuals. Ensures compliance with and trains employees on all environmental, health and safety regulations, and keeps abreast of any changes to laws and regulations that impact the organization. Additionally, Environmental Services Coordinator requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Environmental Services Technician will work alongside team members to improve efficiency and experience; in this role you will own cleaning of all areas that are assigned, handling of hazardous waste, performing regular and terminal cleans, and all aspects of floor care. In this position, you will bring a desire to work individually and as a team, have the confidence to work with computers and tablets, and bring ability to listen and communicate effectively on the phone, through email or in person.
To be successful in this position, you will be approachable and coachable and have a high school diploma and a current driver's license.
