Equipment Director directs the management of company equipment including procurement activities, preventative maintenance, repair/replacement and safety assurance. Manages the records, licenses, inspections, warrantees, and service agreements for the organization's equipment and tools. Being an Equipment Director minimizes organizational cost through product standardization and tracking. Document and tracks equipment performance throughout the product lifetime. Additionally, Equipment Director requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Equipment Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. To be an Equipment Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience.     Your Planning & Navigating Requirements

    • Lead the HR Operations team – Payroll, HR Technology, and Compliance – in delivering optimized processes and technology that is foundational to the full employee lifecycle.
    • Develop strategic operational plans that align with company goals and enable REI to provide an exceptional employee experience.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to enhance productivity.
    • Scope, evaluate, implement, and enhance the necessary HR technology and tools to help the business effectively manage future growth and complexity.
    • Own, develop, and update HR policies and employee handbook.
    • Ensure HR and payroll compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
    • Design and execute comprehensive payroll systems and operations that ensure accurate and timely payment to all employees.
    • Maintain operational infrastructure, including standard operating procedures, job aids, service level agreements, and record retention.

    Base Pay Range: USD $137,500.00 - USD $233,900.00 /Yr.
