We are seeking an experienced Equipment Operator to join our team. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating a variety of heavy machinery and equipment to perform tasks such as digging, loading, building, and bulldozing. If you have mechanical knowledge and experience operating roll off trucks, front loader trucks, backhoes, cranes, and farm machinery, we encourage you to apply.

Duties:
- Operate heavy machinery and equipment including roll off trucks, front loader trucks, backhoes, cranes, bulldozers, and farm machinery
- Perform tasks such as digging, loading, building, and bulldozing according to project requirements
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively

Skills:
- Proficient in operating roll off trucks, front loader trucks, backhoes, cranes, bulldozers, and farm machinery
- Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and maintain equipment
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate and precise operation of equipment
