Job Description
60% Repair work which involves hands on servicing of equipment sold by Neverest Equipment Company, mainly sewer inspection camera repair. Repair work will typically occur at Neverest, but minimal travel may be required at times. Requires the below skill set:
20% Paperwork which includes billing, warranty claims, and estimating repair cost.
10%. Customer Service including phone call consultations with customers, outside sales representatives and internal upper management of Neverest. Must encourage the most appropriate repair actions that will provide the best results for the customer as well as for Neverest (avoid Band-Aid repairs; convey the value and importance of correctly repairing equipment). Clearly convey to the customer total costs of repair including, parts, labor, shipping, shop supplies and travel time. Encourage regular maintenance plans for equipment.
10% Miscellaneous projects as assigned
Skills and Competencies
Skills must include strong electronic repair skills, (soldering, circuit testing, bench testing, and troubleshooting). This includes strong mechanical repair skills (knowledge of hydraulic systems, water pumps, and basic knowledge of engines). Computer proficiency of Windows based programs, use of the internet, email, and some data entry. Excellent communications skills with an ability to clearly explain problems and repairs. Must be able to work individually as well as within a team and be flexible to ongoing training, product changes and job duty changes. Prefer technician to have CDL Certification and or willing to obtain one.
Environmental Conditions/Physical Requirements
This position requires a variety of physical conditions, such as moving mechanical parts, and electrical current. Must be able to lift 50 pounds of force occasionally and or 20 pounds frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects around facility.

Equipment Service Technician will report directly to Neverest Equipment Company’s CEO.
Salary and Benefits:
$80,000.00 - $90,000.00 based on skills, training, and time on the job. Salary will be commensurate with experience so please submit salary requirements. Neverest pays 100% of employee medical and dental benefits and matches up to 4% of 401k contributions.
