Aring Equipment Company, Inc., a leading heavy construction/aggregate equipment dealer, is looking for full-time field service technician to fill an opening at it's Eau Claire, Wisconsin location. Help build on Aring’s 80 years of success by joining our growing team of qualified technicians.

Locations: Eau Claire

Openings: Lube technician, Shop technician

Shift:7:00AM to 5:00PM Monday thru Friday. Sometimes technicians will need to work outside of normal working hours depending on job load.

Job Duties:

• Perform preventive maintenance services as per manufacturer recommendations on heavy equipment. To include the changing of oils, fluids, filters and other routing maintenance items.
• Perform minor machine repairs through the use of hand tools, pneumatic tools, and specialized tooling
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, with excellent work ethic, neat appearance and good communications skills
• Effectively communicate job status to customers and management
• Any and all duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Qualified candidates must have a positive attitude, be a self-starter, and have a willingness to learn. Basic computer skills and technical skills are a must. Prior experience in a similar role and/or training/education in a related field is preferred.

Must have valid drivers license. CDL preferred
