ERP Administrator is responsible for the administration of an organization's ERP system to facilitate reliable performance, integrity, and security. Processes, validates, and maintains ERP data to ensure accurate system records. Being an ERP Administrator monitors ERP security and manages user access and permissions. Assists and supports the planning, testing, and deployment of new ERP modules, upgrades, and patches. Additionally, ERP Administrator documents ERP system processes and may conduct end-user training to promote effective use and best practices. Tracks and manages support requests to ensure timely resolution of issues or bugs. Maintains, generates, and analyses ERP reports to support organizational planning. Requires a bachelor's degree. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following, and other duties may be assigned. Provides requested data to those individuals responsible for the development and maintenance of the corporate ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) System. This may include significant data related to the Cost Engineering program. Communicates production requirements essential for completing within a determined timetable to the Manufacturing Division, using the forecasted commitments established by the Sales Division. Communicates production restrictions to the Sales Division for possible product delivery modifications. Maintains a PSI Table that reflects the combined sales forecast schedule with the manufacturing schedule and all associated developments related to each customer/product/volume/value. Assists in development of Next Year Business Plan (BP) based on established sales forecast and the Manufacturing Division schedule. Completes special projects as assigned.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree (B.S.) from four-year college or university in chemistry or life science; and two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
