Total Energy Systems, LLC is seeking a qualified ERP Administrator to work out of our De Pere, WI facility. The ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Administrator plays a crucial role in streamlining, enhancing, managing, and maintaining the organization's ERP system.
Key Job Accountabilities:
1. Configure and maintain the ERP software to ensure its proper functioning.
2. Perform regular updates, patches, and system upgrades to keep the ERP system current and secure.
3. Provide user training and support to ensure employees can effectively use the ERP system.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and user problems related to the ERP system.
5. Enable users within the ERP and multiple integrations to NetSuite
6. Oversee data migrations, imports, and exports as needed.
7. Maintain inventory price files within ERP.
8. Implement and enforce security protocols and access controls to protect sensitive data stored in the ERP system.
9. Manage user roles and permissions to ensure data privacy and compliance with regulations.
10. Customize the ERP system to meet specific business requirements and workflows.
11. Involvement in multiple departmental meetings to aid in streamlining processes.
12. Collaborate with developers or third-party vendors for ERP system customization and enhancements.
13. Develop and maintain E-commerce solution.
14. Research and recommend automated solutions.
15. Create and maintain reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
16. Assist users in generating and interpreting reports from the ERP system.
17. Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, processes, and user manuals.
18. Keep records of changes and updates to the ERP system.
19. Ensure the ERP system complies with industry regulations and internal policies.
20. Assist in audits and compliance assessments as required.

Skills/Abilities/Requirements/Experience:
1) A bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
2) In-depth knowledge of ERP systems – Netsuite preferred.
3) Proficiency in database management, system administration, and ERP software customization.
4) Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to troubleshoot and optimize the ERP system.
5) Effective communication skills to train users, document processes, and collaborate with various departments.
6) Understanding of data security principles and the ability to implement security measures within the ERP system.
7) Basic project management skills to handle ERP system upgrades and implementations.
8) Previous experience in ERP system administration or a related IT role is preferred.
