ERP Analyst analyzes business needs and processes to assist with developing, implementing, and maintaining the organization's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications. Coordinates with cross-functional teams to gather requirements by understanding workflow, goals, and processes. Being an ERP Analyst acts as liaison between the development teams and business stakeholders to ensure that ERP solutions align with business objectives. Documents business requirements, functional specifications, and process maps to serve as a reference for the organization. Additionally, ERP Analyst analyzes system performance and user feedback to identify opportunities to improve processes and ERP functionality. Generates and monitors regular reports to ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of ERP applications. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The ERP Analyst work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. To be an ERP Analyst typically requires 0-2 years of related experience. Assignment Scope:The Process Lead plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of business processes within an SAP S/4HANA project. They are responsible for documenting workflows, enhancing productivity, and driving OCM/training across the organization. - Assist in the development and implementation of new processes to enhance productivity and efficiency and drive the documentation of them.
- Assist with existing workflows, identify bottlenecks, and recommend changes to streamline operations.
- Collaborate with Workstream Teams (including Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Operations and Maintenance, Capital Projects, Finance and Organization Change Management).
- Work closely with the Cutover Lead to ensure a smooth cutover.
- Develop a work plan roadmaps to effectively to align with project priorities and provide status updates.
- Design solutions collaboratively across stakeholder groups.
- Provide general nxtgenERP project support across workstreams throughout testing, cutover, go-live and hypercare
Qualifications:
- Education: A relevant degree such as Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Business, Science, Chemical Engineering, Technical, Education, Manufacturing, Management, English, or Communication Skills.
- Certifications: Consider certifications like ITIL, PMP, EIT, CISA, CSM, ATF, V2, CMMI, or CAPM.
- Desired Skills: Expertise in technical writing, ability to quickly learn essential aspects of novel practices, SAP ERP, and Microsoft Office, Familiarity with safety principles for industrial work environments.
Experience:
- Ability to think innovatively, communicate effectively, and manage change.
- Demonstrated knowledge of North Slope operations.
