Description/Comment:Manages the development of audits and controls structured around business processes, process automation systems and the implementation staff. Manages the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) initiative of building a single software program/database that integrates information from departments and functions throughout an organization onto a single computer system so various departments can more easily access, share and communicate information with each other. Requires an excellent understanding of standard business practices related to Accounting (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Invoicing), Sales Operations (Proposal, Orders, Forecasting, Territory Management, and Quotas), Inventory Management (Purchasing, Scheduling, Order Fulfillment) as well as Support (Cases Management and Territory Management). May require working knowledge of and experience using XML, JavaScript, HTML, Crystal and SQL. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel or external legal firms to ensure the efficient operation of the function.

What you will do:
As our SAP Data Migration Manager, you will help out our business transformation program with the data migration scheduling, migration tracking and reporting, migration defect management, data cutover plans, data object oversight, and coordination of load preparation for the various business units' data objects in the domain. You will collaborate with Leaders, Project Managers, and Subject Matter Experts within the SAP Implementation program, Divisions, Centers of Excellence, and geographies, to ensure we are fully prepared to migrate complete and accurate data from legacy systems to the SAP ecosystem. Additionally, you will work to align data to the various business processes templates' solution while ensuring data harmony across SAP and Global Applications.
This role can be located anywhere in the US; however, your business hours will be east coast based.
In collaboration with the Data Migration Management Team and Information Technology, create an appropriate data migration strategy for SAP and Global Application data objects for the Release organization
Lead data object identification, load planning, Tracking and reporting of trial loads, and cutover planning for assigned area
Manages Data load & user Testing defects and tracks metrics showing preparedness for data migration
Ensures all interdependencies amongst data objects and systems for cutover planning are identified and managed, even outside the assigned domain, and are harmonized before data loads
Creates network of subject matter experts across the Commercial landscape to leverage for input, participation in project activities and to engage in change management activities for data migration
Drive adoption of the data migration load and validation process and defect management to align with Data migration principles and Level 1 Project Planning.
Partners with Information Technology, Business Process Owners, and Business Process Implementation Leads to ensure the integrity of the data for SAP and Partner Systems
Facilitate decisions and the completion of the data migration activities for data loads
What you need:
BS, BA in Business Administration is needed for this role, however in lieu of a degree 6 additional years of work experience will be considered.
Minimum 8 years of industry experience across multiple process areas and 4 years of sub-process is needed for this role.
Prior Data Migration experience is mandatory for a qualified candidate.
Knowledge and experience with SAP master and transactional data is mandatory for this role.
Knowledge and experience with Organizational Change Management
Broad experience across all domain processes, to consider upstream and downstream impacts and implications is needed for this role.
Prior experience delivering an ERP, major business-system, or leading large-scale transformational projects or programs is mandatory for this role.
Strong Microsoft Excel and Project skills are needed for this role.
