Being an ERP Analyst acts as liaison between the development teams and business stakeholders to ensure that ERP solutions align with business objectives. Documents business requirements, functional specifications, and process maps to serve as a reference for the organization. Additionally, ERP Analyst analyzes system performance and user feedback to identify opportunities to improve processes and ERP functionality. OVERALL JOB PURPOSE :
The Payroll / Human Resources Analyst will handle functions to ensure a productive office environment, as well as payroll and human resources functions.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE :
Responsible for set-up and maintenance of hourly payroll processing using Workforce, record hourly employee's absenteeism.
Input changes to W-4s & direct deposits. Input deductions for various reimbursements. Calculate and input Workers Compensation adjustment.
File and maintain payroll records. Assist employees with questions regarding payroll. Prepare eligibility spreadsheets for gainshare bonus and safety incentive bonus and other special payouts as needed.
Assist Human Resources with interview scheduling and new hire onboarding. Process employee address changes and other personnel changes.
Assist employees in problem areas with prescriptions, EOBs, vision care and dental care. Provides training and presents to large groups.
Coordinate Wellness and Gym Reimbursement Programs.
Carrying out general office duties, such as distribution of mail, office supply ordering, and helping all departments with projects, as needed.
This position is expected to interface with employees at all levels in a professional and friendly manner.
