ERP Analyst analyzes business needs and processes to assist with developing, implementing, and maintaining the organization's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications. Coordinates with cross-functional teams to gather requirements by understanding workflow, goals, and processes. Being an ERP Analyst acts as liaison between the development teams and business stakeholders to ensure that ERP solutions align with business objectives. Documents business requirements, functional specifications, and process maps to serve as a reference for the organization. Additionally, ERP Analyst analyzes system performance and user feedback to identify opportunities to improve processes and ERP functionality. Generates and monitors regular reports to ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of ERP applications. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The ERP Analyst work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. To be an ERP Analyst typically requires 0-2 years of related experience. Job Title: ERP Systems Analyst – (BASIS Software)
Must have 5 years experience in BASIS software.
In-depth knowledge of SQL & database architectures

Working knowledge of any Relational Database (e.g. MS SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, …) and SQL
Affinity or understanding of integration projects and Software Development Life Cycle
Background in programming languages
Must have 5 years experience in BASIS software.
1 -3 year of experience in data integration / process automation / application integration
1 -3 year of experience in modern programming language (Javascript/Python/Ruby)
Solid understanding of different integration patterns and service-oriented architecture
Experience working with applications like Salesforce or NetSuite
Preferred Education / Work Experience:- BASIS Software Experience is a MUST.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Project Management based work experience
