Additionally, ERP Analyst analyzes system performance and user feedback to identify opportunities to improve processes and ERP functionality. Generates and monitors regular reports to ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of ERP applications. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. In-depth knowledge of SQL & database architectures
Proven background in working with APIs.
Prior experience working with ERP solutions (BASIS Software a MUST)
Strong analytical/problem-solving skills
The ability to communicate complex technical solutions to non-technical business users from various backgrounds.
An understanding of current technology & trends around application integrations and API/workflow middleware/BASIS SOFTWARE a MUST
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and charts
A positive mental outlook and approach
Working knowledge with APIs
Working knowledge of any Relational Database (e.g. MS SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, …) and SQL
Affinity or understanding of integration projects and Software Development Life Cycle
Background in programming languages
Must have 5 years experience in BASIS software.
1 -3 year of experience in data integration / process automation / application integration
1 -3 year of experience in modern programming language (Javascript/Python/Ruby)
Solid understanding of different integration patterns and service-oriented architecture
Experience working with applications like Salesforce or NetSuite
