ERP Advisors Group is currently seeking candidates to fill our full-time, salaried Analyst role. This position requires a minimum college degree in Business, preferably with a concentration in a relevant area like Management, Consulting, or Accounting.

As an Analyst, you will work in the Needs Analysis and Software Selection phases of the project and will provide support to the Consultants assigned to the project. This is not a client-facing role at first, but the successful Analyst candidate will find themselves becoming invaluable to the Consultants they serve and will qualify for promotions in roles and responsibilities.

Requirements

Analyst Job Duties:

• Attend interviews with clients to document pain points, limitations to growth, and business processes
• Perform initial qualitative analysis on client interview data
• Analyze client's industry requirements and present to project consultants
• Analyze software vendor’s capabilities and differentiators
• Match vendors’ suitability for client’s unique requirements
• Assist Consultants with scheduling interviews
• Facilitate deliverable creation and insert client information in project artifacts for consultants
• Document requirements
• Collect and compile feedback from clients 
• Prepare project documents with client information
• Collaborate with consulting team to ensure an organized and successful project
• Occasional travel (Less than 20%)

Analyst Qualifications: 

• Minimum: Bachelor's Business Degree
• Advanced level of experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) 
  • Microsoft Office Certification Preferred
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Produces excellent, readable documents showing a great command of formatting, fonts, graphics, tables, spreadsheet presentation
• Move, think, and act fast - document prep, speaking, typing, using software applications, responding to clients, and internal staff
• Desire to use Mac
• Work from Lakewood, CO, and home office (hybrid if desired, can be fully in-person)

Analyst Salary: 

• $50,000 - $60,000/year

  • $250 for 40-49 hours/week
  • $500 for 50 hours/week
