Coordinates with cross-functional teams to gather requirements by understanding workflow, goals, and processes. Being an ERP Analyst acts as liaison between the development teams and business stakeholders to ensure that ERP solutions align with business objectives. Documents business requirements, functional specifications, and process maps to serve as a reference for the organization. Additionally, ERP Analyst analyzes system performance and user feedback to identify opportunities to improve processes and ERP functionality. Generates and monitors regular reports to ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of ERP applications. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The ERP Analyst work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. To be an ERP Analyst typically requires 0-2 years of related experience. Responsible for contributing to the success of Clean Energy & Infrastructure (CE&I) by providing business systems decision support to the organization to drive business growth and improve profitability. The ERP Analyst will be working directly with users to resolve Level 2 and above requests/issues in ViewPoint. The candidate will be responsible to manage/maintain and administer Enterprise resource data and make sure operations run smoothly across all IEA entities. In addition to ongoing administration the candidate will also be assigned special projects that involve but not limited to Process Improvement, Customization to Application & Reports, Data Analysis and system upgrade/migration.
