Job Summary:

The ERP Analyst is a critical part of the success of multiple departments at LVT.  The person in this role will be considered the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on all interactions with the ERP system (Acumatica) at LVT.  In order to further the investment and use of the ERP system, the ERP Analyst will focus only the following: 1) Help implement and automate business processes through the use of ERP functionality, 2) Assure that ERP system is performing at optimal levels, 3) Insure all ERP users receive necessary training and support, 4) Interact with other IT personnel to make sure ERP is always available, 5) Assist and/or lead efforts to develop standardized reports, forms and dashboards for use in designated business areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform functional configuration and maintenance for ERP systems based on changing operational and business needs
• Analyze and define ERP systems, functions, business process, and user needs
• Analyze complex data systems and document data elements, data flow, relationships, and dependencies
• Develop automated and reusable routines for extracting requested information from database and ERP systems
• Compile detailed reports using data reporting tools (ex. Excel, Crystal Reports) and make recommendations based on their findings
• Research transactional issues, identify root causes and drive resolutions
• Create documentation such as policies, procedures, workflows, and user guides
• Assist users in testing all new features added to ERP through custom development or system upgrades

Qualifications:

• 2 years as ERP/Systems Analyst and Business Analyst
• Have a thorough understanding of processes in Finance organizations
• Strong analytical, quantitative and problem solving abilities
• Knowledge of relational database theory and practice
• Experience working with major database platforms, such as Microsoft SQL Server, and Oracle
• Ability to work both independently, and collaboratively, with various teams
• Ability to translate business requirements into ERP solutions
• Work closely with colleagues in technical and business departments
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong technical and functional knowledge of the LVT ERP system (Acumatica)
• Experience with project management processes
