ERP Analyst analyzes business needs and processes to assist with developing, implementing, and maintaining the organization's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications. Coordinates with cross-functional teams to gather requirements by understanding workflow, goals, and processes. Being an ERP Analyst acts as liaison between the development teams and business stakeholders to ensure that ERP solutions align with business objectives. Documents business requirements, functional specifications, and process maps to serve as a reference for the organization. Additionally, ERP Analyst analyzes system performance and user feedback to identify opportunities to improve processes and ERP functionality. Generates and monitors regular reports to ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of ERP applications. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The ERP Analyst work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. To be an ERP Analyst typically requires 0-2 years of related experience. Duties:
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities, specifically autism
- Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
- Assist with the assessment and evaluation of client needs
- Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to develop and modify treatment plans
- Support clients in developing social, communication, and daily living skills
- Implement positive behavior support strategies
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients
Skills:
- Experience working with children or individuals with special needs, preferably in a special education or behavioral therapy setting
- Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and principles
- Ability to collect and analyze data accurately
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Note: Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is preferred but not required. Training will be provided for candidates who do not have RBT certification.
