ERP Analyst analyzes business needs and processes to assist with developing, implementing, and maintaining the organization's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications. Coordinates with cross-functional teams to gather requirements by understanding workflow, goals, and processes. Being an ERP Analyst acts as liaison between the development teams and business stakeholders to ensure that ERP solutions align with business objectives. Documents business requirements, functional specifications, and process maps to serve as a reference for the organization. Additionally, ERP Analyst analyzes system performance and user feedback to identify opportunities to improve processes and ERP functionality. Generates and monitors regular reports to ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of ERP applications. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The ERP Analyst work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. To be an ERP Analyst typically requires 0-2 years of related experience. I am looking for an ERP Software Administrator to lead the upgrade process for an ERP System, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition.
The ideal candidate will have come from a manufacturing background and have 3 years of configuration and administration of an ERP system including module configuration, user setup and security.
In this role you will
- Create Business Intelligence reports to support business operations and ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Work with cross functional teams to understand their reporting needs and customize reports and data visualization dashboards using PowerBI.
- Develop SSRS reports and work with data.
- Provide ERP end user support, assist with troubleshooting and resolving ERP-related issues.
- Be expected to stay abreast of the latest in the ERP features and technologies, make recommendations and implement improvements for optimization.
- Provide training for ERP users.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience as an Infor Syteline Administrator, with a successful track record of upgrading from version 9 to version 10.
- SSRS reporting, or experience in DocTrak, Sigmanest, and CadTalk.
- PowerBI, data warehouses, and experience with custom integrations is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
