ERP Business Manager manages the analysis of business needs and processes to assist with developing, implementing, and maintaining the organization's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications. Implements policies and procedures to analyze system performance, ensure operational effectiveness, and drive continuous process improvement. Being an ERP Business Manager leads the collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify needs and validate that ERP solutions align with business processes. Evaluates and reviews business requirements, functional specifications, and process maps to serve as a reference for the organization. Additionally, ERP Business Manager monitors regular reports to ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of ERP applications. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The ERP Business Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be an ERP Business Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1-3 years supervisory experience may be required. Über die Rolle
- Projektverantwortung für die Installation, Organisation, Schulung und Betreuung unserer eigenentwickelten ERP-Standardsoftware trend bei Neukunden im In- und primär europäischen Ausland.
- Organisatorische Beratung im Zusammenhang mit der Einführung und Bestandsbetreuung unseres trend-Kundenklientel.
- Erstellung und detaillierte Aufbereitung von Projektanforderungen in Abstimmung mit der Kundenprojektleitung.
- Eruieren von Branchenanforderungen zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Standardsoftware trend
- Intensive Betreuung der im Verantwortungsbereich liegenden langjährigen Bestandskunden.
Über Sie
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische und/oder technische Ausbildung.
- Mehrjährige fundierte Praxiserfahrung in den logistischen Abläufen und Zusammenhängen von Fertigungs- bzw. Handelsunternehmen.
- Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, idealerweise mit Personalverantwortung.
- Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und ausgeprägte kommunikative Eigenschaften.
- Bereitschaft zur Übernahme langfristiger, generell mehrtätigen, externen Aufgabenstellungen an divergierenden Einsatzorten.
- Grundkenntnisse in den Systemfunktionen der IBM Produktlinie i5 – iSeries.
- Sie beherrschen Deutsch auf Verhandlungsniveau und verfügen über gute Englischk und/oder französische Sprachkenntnisse.
