ERP Business Manager manages the analysis of business needs and processes to assist with developing, implementing, and maintaining the organization's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications. Implements policies and procedures to analyze system performance, ensure operational effectiveness, and drive continuous process improvement. Being an ERP Business Manager leads the collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify needs and validate that ERP solutions align with business processes. Evaluates and reviews business requirements, functional specifications, and process maps to serve as a reference for the organization. Additionally, ERP Business Manager monitors regular reports to ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of ERP applications. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. This is a multifaceted role in a small business/team environment. The Business manager will be responsible for personnel management and setting financial goals with the opportunity to develop the position as the company grows. The Business manager will work closely with the company owner to train and transition responsibilities over a year. Stone Designs, Inc. is a sculpture studio and outdoor art gallery located on a historic quarry in Downeast Maine. Since 1994 we’ve been creating beautiful and functional items such as sculpture, jewelry, home and office products to adorn your home. Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job and overseeing staff, the manager would regularly be exposed to moving mechanical parts, heights, fumes, airborne particles, outside weather conditions, and loud noises. The ability to jump in and help lift heavy weight of 75 lb is sometimes required. We are located in Downeast Maine; the ability to live in rural communities with limited access to large cities must be considered before applying.
