We currently have an exciting opportunity for an ERP Implementation Consultant based anywhere in Canada to focus primarily on our Acumatica solution. Key Responsibilities: *

Work closely with clients to determine their needs for an effective information system solution;

• Objective analysis and documentation of clients’ business needs, requirements, strategic goals, and business process realignment.

• Recognize and address gaps by assisting with customized solutions sets;

• Assist in determining requirements for projects, assess environments and develop blueprint documents, design specs, statements of work, and project schedules;

• Design, configure, and implement systems and processes that meet client needs;

• Work in a collaborative team environment providing training and ongoing technical support to clients;

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships ensuring superior customer service.

Qualifications: *

*
3-5 years of ERP implementation experience;

• Acumatica experience considered a strong asset;

• Bilingual French is considered a strong asset;

• Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or Accounting;

• Solid understanding of Accounting and Financials;

• Strong experience in the manufacturing industry is mandatory;

• CPA designation considered an asset;

• Strong business acumen;

• Goal oriented with strong organization and time management skills;

• Strong written and verbal communication skills;

• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines;

• Excellent relationship building skills, consultative advisory ability;

• Active listener with the ability to translate customer needs to PM;

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

• Ability to travel as required.
