Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our team. As a CNC Programmer, you will be responsible for creating and modifying CNC programs for our plasma machine. Your expertise in programming and operating CNC machines will be crucial in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and optimize CNC programs using CAD programming software

- Set up and operate CNC plasma machine to fabricate parts according to specifications

- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure product quality

- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety guidelines at all times

Qualifications:

- Strong mathematical skills, including the ability to perform calculations for machining operations

- Proficiency in operating plasma machine

- In-depth knowledge of GD&T principles and their application in machining processes

- Familiarity with CAD programming software (e.g., AutoCAD)

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
