Being an ERP Programmer develops coding to support the programming of new ERP modules and system upgrades and assists with the configuration planning and deployment of releases. Ensures ERP data and system infrastructure security, designs patches for vulnerabilities, and develops backup processes. Additionally, ERP Programmer plans and designs application tables, reports, and new modules to improve system configuration, functionality, and efficiency. Coordinates software integration and maintains technical documentation. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The ERP Programmer work is closely managed.     • Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to ensure the successful adoption of project deliverables.
    • Conduct regular stakeholder meetings to keep them informed of project status.
    • Provide guidance and mentoring to team members throughout the project lifecycle.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, or related fields.
    • 10 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager in a fast-paced environment.
    • Experience leading large-scale projects within the energy industry.
    • Excellent understanding of the entire project management lifecycle.
    • Proficient with various project management tools such as Visio and/or MS Project, Jira, or PPM tools.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically when presented with complex tasks.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
    • Change management experience is a plus.
    • Certification in Project Management (PMP or PMI) is preferred.
