Columbia Coatings is part of the finishing industry that supplies not only Powder Coating Paint and Supplies but also the equipment such as Powder Coating Ovens, Booths and application guns. We are an e-commerce business that provides products and services to our customers in the states and world wide. We are seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to oversee the implementation and maintenance of our Odoo enterprise resource planning system. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and ERP systems with specific experience with Odoo ERP to ensure successful project delivery and continuing growth, updating and maintenance.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the planning, implementation, migration, and execution of Odoo ERP projects
- Coordinate with management to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Manage project resources and team members effectively
- Monitor project progress and report on status to management
- Design, develop and customize Odoo Apps/Module
- Identify areas where ERP can improve and streamline operations
- Provide support, training and continuing education to all staff

Qualifications:

- Experience in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
- Proven experience as an ERP Project Manager with Odoo ERP software
- Strong leadership, training and organizational skills
- Knowledge of operations and processes of retail distribution and manufacturing
- Experience with Odoo migration and execution
- Core knowledge of Odoo features, modules and apps
- Ability to create custom modules in Odoo

Preferred Skills:

- Program management experience in large-scale ERP implementations
- Understanding of ERP modules such as finance, HR, supply chain, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
