ERP Project Manager jobs in Galveston, TX

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee multiple projects simultaneously for a diverse client portfolio. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills who can effectively manage project initiations, planning, execution, and completion. You will collaborate with clients and management to bring ideas to life and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders on assigned projects.

• Initiate and manage projects based on discussions with clients or management, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.

• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

• Monitor and track project progress, resolving issues, and escalating risks when necessary.

• Facilitate regular status updates and communicate effectively with clients and team members.

• Ensure projects meet quality standards and deliverables are completed as per contractual agreements.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute tasks and ensure seamless workflow.

• Maintain accurate project documentation and records.

• Travel as needed to client sites or other locations for meetings and project requirements.

• Provide recommendations for process improvement and contribute to organizational growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• 2-5 years of project management experience, preferably handling multiple clients and industries.

• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project) and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, in-office environment, with flexibility for occasional remote work.

• Proven ability to manage budgets and adhere to timelines.

• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) is a plus but not required.

• Willingness to travel as required.
