Develops and conducts any training or educational seminars necessary to guide agents and their clients through the procedural, legal, and financial aspects of their plans. ```Duties```
- Greet and assist prospective residents in touring the property and showcasing available units
- Provide information on rental rates, leasing specials, and lease terms
- Conduct thorough background checks and verify income and employment information of potential residents
- Prepare lease agreements and ensure all required documents are properly completed and signed
- Collect rental payments and deposits from residents
- Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including conducting unit inspections
- Address resident inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of leasing activities, resident interactions, and financial transactions
```Experience```
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and ability to ensure compliance in all leasing activities
- Strong administrative skills with proficiency in data entry, file management, and record keeping
- Proven sales experience with the ability to effectively market available units and negotiate lease terms
- Familiarity with contract management and the ability to prepare accurate lease agreements
- Experience working with Section 8 housing programs is a plus
- Proficiency in property management software such as Yardi or similar platforms is preferred
- Basic understanding of property maintenance procedures to address resident concerns
