What You Will Be Doing

• Prepares estimate for construction rebuild projects
• Market to potential customers including national accounts, adjusters, end users, etc
• Establish a network and vet qualified subcontractors for the various trades
• Calls on prospects to provide an estimate for the rebuild of the structure after a loss
• Reviews the project, determines the scope of work to be completed and prepares an estimate for the project
• Reviews estimate and job scope with insurance representatives and the customer
  
  

What You Need for this Position

• Experience in Estimating Multifamily Construction Projects or Commercial/Healthcare related projects
• Podium/5-over-1 Project Experience would make you a strong applicant
• Good Communication
