Position Overview
Q CELLS C&I Solar Storage team is looking for a Cost Estimating Manager to provide cost and technical guidance during project origination/development phases for Commercial & Industrial scale and small utility scale PV ESS, PV Only, or ESS only projects across the United States. The Cost Estimating Manager will support the Development and Project Finance teams from project initiation through booking. This role will have experience in project-level technical due diligence, and project cost estimating via a proprietary or commercial estimating tool. On our Energy Services Team, the Cost Estimating Manager will have a great opportunity to explore fast-growing C&I PV & Storage markets. This position will be reporting to the Sr. Director of Engineering & Delivery who works out of our San Francisco office. The position requires some flexibility to travel as necessary to visit project sites for opportunities and site assessments, likely less than 5%. This position is based out of our San Francisco Headquarters office, however, this role may be eligible for remote work under certain circumstances. A California-based candidate is highly preferred.
