Salary: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year, depending on experience, with the potential to earn incentives based on performance
Typical Schedule is Monday through Friday 7:30am to 4:30pm, but exact hours may vary. Some weekend work and occasional travel for training is required.

Estimator Expectations
- You’re accountable for estimating, cost analysis and estimate coordination for projects for the Tulsa branch. This may include some travel to estimate projects.
- You’ll be collaborating closely with multiple stakeholders, including project managers, office staff, customers and vendors, so you must be comfortable interacting with people in-person and on the phone.
- You’ll be tasked with gathering all of the data and information needed from clients in order to accurately prepare the lump sum, unit rate and cost, plus detailed estimates.
- You will be responsible for performing comparisons of scope, quantities and cost data between projects.
- As our Estimator, you will review and develop material takeoffs, evaluate and develop labor rates and evaluate proposals for subcontract cost estimates, to make sure we have all the necessary information before starting a project.
- You’ll analyze cost estimates and prepare contingency, escalation, and reconciliations for estimates.
- We’ll look to you to thoroughly review process designs and engineering specifications for cost effectiveness and suggest alternatives as needed.
- You’ll be utilizing our software system, Edge, on a daily basis to estimate projects.
- You’ll be working at a fast pace to estimate large-scale commercial roofing projects and will need to adapt quickly to changing conditions to ensure we stay on schedule and meet our goals.

- You will maintain a safe work environment and follow all safety procedures in accordance with company standards and OSHA regulations.
Estimator Skills & Experience

- Must be comfortable with heights and willing and able to climb a ladder and get on roofs
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Ability to commute to or relocate to Tulsa, Oklahoma
- 5 years’ roofing experience
- 5 years’ estimating experience
- Experience with waterproofing and/or low slope estimating is a plus!
- Experience with Edge or other estimating software is a plus
- Experience in the Construction Industry is required
- Ability to represent yourself professionally with your teammates and our customers
- Natural curiosity and problem solving ability
- Willingness to actively engage with clients and prospects
- Thinks fast and enjoys being active
