Ethics and Mission Integration Director incorporates the organization's mission, values, and philosophies into the operations, policies, and goals of the organization. Directs and develops education and training programs for employees and the community that communicate and reinforce the organization's value driven mission. Being an Ethics and Mission Integration Director reviews patient care outcomes and issues to ensure alignment with the organization's mission and ethics. Advises leaders with strategic planning and decision-making to ensure ethics and values are considered. Additionally, Ethics and Mission Integration Director typically requires an advanced degree. Typically reports to top management. The Ethics and Mission Integration Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Job Summary
The Program Director of Mission Engagement – Leawood is a church leader directing strategy and implementation of mission-related engagement with a particular focus on entry-level service opportunities at the Leawood location. To accomplish this, they will work closely with, and under the direction of, the Director of Local Mission Engagement – Leawood. As a member of the Missions Team, the Program Director of Local Mission Engagement – Leawood will collaborate with the Missions Leaders, Location Pastors, and Resurrection Rx staff to develop, communicate, and implement strategies that will engage every member in the essential practice of service, so that together we might transform Kansas City to reflect the kingdom of Heaven, while helping participants become deeply committed Christians, and while closing the Opportunity Gap and Justice and Kindness Gap identified in our 2030 vision.
As a part of their responsibilities, the Program Director of Engagement – Leawood generally will support and develop the Leawood congregation’s participation in entry point serve opportunities including but not limited to Backpacks, Bookmobile, Hunger Ministries, Serve Saturday, and Joy in Serving.
