Who We AreHII- Mission Technologies is currently seeking a Coalition Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) Integration SME for a position supporting a US Government customer at Ramstein AB (Kaiserslautern), Germany. The Coalition ISR Integration SME will work as a senior team member for Tasking, Collection Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (TCPED) efforts for coalition partner interoperability.
What You Will Do - Fully support all applicable US Government (USG) and Department of Defense (DoD)programs and policies.
- Serve as a leader and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Coalition ISR initiatives. Review ISR/TCPED policies, regulations, directives, programs and doctrine (US and partner nations).
- Develop, present and brief ISR interoperability concepts and programs for EUCOM,AFRICOM and their partners.
- Provide support for the development of new or optimized solutions which increase interoperability among US and coalition partners.
- Conduct research and help develop partner nation ISR/TCPED goals, policies, and capabilities.
- Assist in the design of new ISR network capabilities and programs, propose configurations, manage tests, and distribution to US, NATO and partner nation operators. Work with partner program managers on changes, improvements, and other efforts related to ISR integration.
- Conduct working groups resolving technical, security, maintenance, cost, training, and upgrade challenges of the shared networks with US and foreign agencies.
- Research and develop new methods and procedures for conducting PED activities in a federated coalition environment.
What We Are Looking For - 9 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 7 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 4 years relevant experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 13 years relevant experience.
- Experience in USAF or USG ISR systems, capabilities, and programs.
- Experience writing, developing, or conducting quality assessments on operational products such as checklists, operating procedures, and TTPs.
- The ability to prepare professionally written documents, products, and briefing materials. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A mission-oriented, team-focused approach to supporting our customers.
- The ability to think, operate, and execute autonomously or as part of a small team.
- Clearance- Must possess and maintain a TS/SCI level clearance.
Preferred: Bonus Points For... - Certification and experience with ArcGIS and ESRI Software Suite
- Recent experience with the European Partnership Integration Enterprise (EPIE).
- A history supporting military ISR programs in the European and African Areas of Responsibility.
- Experience with multiple imagery forms such as FMV, GMTI, SAR, EO/MS.
- A willingness to continue learning and improving, sometimes in the context of assuming new responsibilities or duties.
- Formal and informal leadership experience with a desire to teach, coach, and mentor supported individuals and teams.
