Ethics & Compliance Business Unit Specialist supports and coordinates the activities of the organization's global ethics and compliance function. Assists with the delivery and maintenance of programs to assess and manage legal and regulatory compliance risks and establish high ethical standards of conduct for the organization. Being an Ethics & Compliance Business Unit Specialist prepares materials that communicate the organization's ethical standards, policies, and regulations. Supports or delivers employee training programs that raise awareness about ethics-related topics such as Anti-Bribery, Anti-Corruption, Antitrust, Conflicts of Interest, and others. Additionally, Ethics & Compliance Business Unit Specialist generates reports of compliance monitoring statistics, investigations, outcomes, and remediations of any non-compliant actions. May administer reporting systems or helplines for employees, customers, contractors, and other stakeholders to disclose violations of the organization's ethical standards, violations of law, or policies without fear of retaliation. May require a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Job Summary:
Keter US is searching for a highly analytical yet commercially oriented finance leader to oversee our financial planning and accounting operations for our Cabinets, Shelving, and Totes Business Unit. The successful candidate will be proactive with company finances and will be commercially aware and provide advice on the best path of profitable growth for our business unit.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
The principal duties of the Business Unit Finance Leader include establishing financial targets, developing budgets, and performing profitability analysis. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with outstanding
interpersonal and leadership abilities. The goal of the position will be to guide the business unit towards profitable growth and overall business success.
The Business Unit Finance Leader is responsible for the following functions:
Requirements
o The successful candidate should have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in a Finance Leadership role in a manufacturing environment.
o Must have a BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Business
o In depth knowledge of SAP is preferred
o Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, a team player
o An analytical mind with good commercial thinking and organizational skills
o Outstanding leadership skills
o Experience in the CPG industry is preferred.
o Adept problem solver with the ability to prioritize issues.
o Proven ability to successfully navigate a fast-paced work environment with multiple competing priorities and deadlines.
