Ethics & Compliance Business Unit Specialist supports and coordinates the activities of the organization's global ethics and compliance function. Assists with the delivery and maintenance of programs to assess and manage legal and regulatory compliance risks and establish high ethical standards of conduct for the organization. Being an Ethics & Compliance Business Unit Specialist prepares materials that communicate the organization's ethical standards, policies, and regulations. Supports or delivers employee training programs that raise awareness about ethics-related topics such as Anti-Bribery, Anti-Corruption, Antitrust, Conflicts of Interest, and others. Additionally, Ethics & Compliance Business Unit Specialist generates reports of compliance monitoring statistics, investigations, outcomes, and remediations of any non-compliant actions. May administer reporting systems or helplines for employees, customers, contractors, and other stakeholders to disclose violations of the organization's ethical standards, violations of law, or policies without fear of retaliation. May require a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Job Description:
Role: IT Specialist
Location: Hays, Kansas (Relocation Assistance Provided)
Full-Time/Permanent
Responsibilities:
Configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of core network infrastructure (Aruba, SonicWALL).
· Install, maintain, and troubleshoot the server environment including physical and virtual servers, storage arrays, consoles, and related hardware (HPE, VMware, APC).
· Configure and maintain software applications including Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and vendor-specific applications.
· Perform backups, security software updates, configuration changes, upgrades, and migrations for all network hardware.
· Ensure accurate monitoring and inventory of all technology assets in use by the company.
· Conduct hardware maintenance on various assets including telephony, security, and access control systems.
· Create and maintain appropriate network, systems, and troubleshooting documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
· Strong technical, analytical skillset and motivation for constant development and growth in the IT discipline.
· Demonstrated proficiency in systems, networking concepts (routing, firewalls, VLANs, etc.), and relevant software suites.
· Experience with or knowledge of Microsoft service applications, endpoint security programs, and VMware products preferred.
· Experience with cloud computing platforms such as Azure, AWS, or similar services beneficial.
· CompTIA, Cisco, HPE/Aruba or similar certifications beneficial (CCNA, Network , Server ).
· Strong technical writing and documentation ability.
· A background check will be required for this position.
· Applicant must live in or be willing to relocate within a 30-mile radius of Hays, Kansas.
