The Executive Administrative Assistant III handles a wide range of administrative and support tasks and independently initiates and implements processes to manage projects, information, and people. Provides multi-faceted administrative support and assistance to ensure effective use of an executive's time and productive interactions with staff and the public. Being an Executive Administrative Assistant III conducts research and information gathering on behalf of the executive and prepares summaries and reports. Manages the executive's schedule, meeting preparations, follow-up tasks, and complex travel arrangements. In addition, Executive Administrative Assistant III develops positive and strategic relationships at all levels of the organization. Uses discretion, judgement, and knowledge of the organization to facilitate the executive's activities and maintain confidentiality. May be responsible for directing and deploying support staff or other resources. Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a C-suite executive. We’re looking for an executive administrative assistant to our CEO; an executive administrative assistant provides high-level support to the top-level management, allowing them to focus on core business functions. They are someone with good judgment, integrity, organizational ability, and competence in technology and the use of software tools to provide optimal results.
Are you flexible, resilient, and professional in dynamic situations? You’ll need to think on your feet and be friendly and welcoming with a wide range of senior leaders, board members, peers, and customers.
If you’re a good fit for this role, you’ll be comfortable handling highly confidential business and personal information while adhering to the banking industry’s strict regulatory environment. Excellent time and data management skills are a must. You’ll need to prepare and coordinate meetings, appointments, emails, and much more through the executive office.
Great written and oral communication skills are a must as you’ll be working closely with our CEO — serving as her administrator. Prioritizing your workflow and flexible problem-solving skills will come in handy. You’ll need to understand FCCB’s structure and develop strong relationships with other assistants, leadership, and operations partners.
In this role you will be a valuable member of the FCCB team and will need to be ready to learn about the bank beyond the simple day-to-day activities of this position.
