The Executive Administrative Assistant III handles a wide range of administrative and support tasks and independently initiates and implements processes to manage projects, information, and people. Provides multi-faceted administrative support and assistance to ensure effective use of an executive's time and productive interactions with staff and the public. Being an Executive Administrative Assistant III conducts research and information gathering on behalf of the executive and prepares summaries and reports. Manages the executive's schedule, meeting preparations, follow-up tasks, and complex travel arrangements. In addition, Executive Administrative Assistant III develops positive and strategic relationships at all levels of the organization. Uses discretion, judgement, and knowledge of the organization to facilitate the executive's activities and maintain confidentiality. May be responsible for directing and deploying support staff or other resources. Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a C-suite executive. Forks Lath & Plaster (FLP) is currently seeking a motivated and highly organized individual to join our team as a full time Administrative/Executive Assistant.
The primary role of the Administrative/Executive Assistant is to provide administrative support to our leadership team members, specifically to the FLP President. The Administrative/Executive Assistant will report directly to the FLP President, and the focus will be to provide support for communications, scheduling of meetings, events, and appointments, assisting with prioritizing tasks and managing time to ensure optimal productivity, and other administrative needs that arise.

The primary role of the Administrative/Executive Assistant includes the following essential functions:
· Acts as the direct assistant to FLP President and performs administrative work on a routine basis
· Assist with prioritizing tasks and managing time to ensure optimal productivity
· Manage executives' daily schedule/calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements
· Screen and direct phone calls and emails, and distribute correspondence to President, as needed
· Coordinate and schedule events and meetings, both internal and external, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared
· Prepares meeting agendas, presentations, special projects documentation , and other key operational documentation which supports the organization’s mission and goals
· Support the executive team members, as directed, to ensure that the company’s mission and goals are accomplished and that operations run effectively and efficiently
· Act as a point of contact between executives and internal and external stakeholders
· Performs other related duties / projects and assist with other departments, as assigned
