The Executive Administrative Assistant III handles a wide range of administrative and support tasks and independently initiates and implements processes to manage projects, information, and people. Provides multi-faceted administrative support and assistance to ensure effective use of an executive's time and productive interactions with staff and the public. Being an Executive Administrative Assistant III conducts research and information gathering on behalf of the executive and prepares summaries and reports. Manages the executive's schedule, meeting preparations, follow-up tasks, and complex travel arrangements. In addition, Executive Administrative Assistant III develops positive and strategic relationships at all levels of the organization. Uses discretion, judgement, and knowledge of the organization to facilitate the executive's activities and maintain confidentiality. May be responsible for directing and deploying support staff or other resources. Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a C-suite executive. The Executive Administrative Assistant is the lead recruiter for Management Positions, handles sensitive employee-related matters, and fulfills any general HR responsibilities for the business. This individual will manage personnel files, compensation, and benefits, hiring and onboarding of leadership, as well as miscellaneous office-related activities. Occasional Dining Room assistance during peak periods and seasonal decorating of the Dining Room. This individual will report directly to the business owner and offer administrative support as needed.
