Salary: $120K Range (based on experience)
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Manage the development and implementation of departmental policies and establishing rapport with and between departments so they can each see the importance of their contributions to the facility.
- Monitor resident health status and coordinating medical treatments
- Ensure the quality of care delivery by nursing staff and other healthcare professionals
- Monitor expenses and ensuring financial stability
- Maintain the proper documentation and records
- Respond to regulatory audits and inspections
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the facility
Qualifications:
- Must have an Indiana Administrator license
- Must have previous experience as an Administrator
- Must have experience in long-term care
- Must have strong leadership skills
- Current knowledge of local, state, and federal guidelines and regulations
- Previous Nursing Home Administrator (Executive Director) experience in Skilled Nursing Facility required

Vincennes is a city in and the county seat of Knox County, Indiana, United States. It is located on the lower Wabash River in the southwestern part of the state, nearly halfway between Evansville and Terre Haute.
