The Boselli Foundation was founded by Jacksonville Jaguars legend and Pro Football Hall of Famer Tony Boselli. Our work is driven by a passion to develop future leaders through academic excellence, athletic achievement, and character development. To fulfill our mission to empower the next generation of leaders, we provide mentorship within local youth detention centers and support service to Jacksonville’s K-12 teachers.
Position Overview
As an Executive Assistant, you will provide crucial support to our Executive Director in daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our foundation. The ideal candidate will be
highly organized,
detail-oriented,
proactive and
skilled in multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Executive Support: Provide administrative support to the Executive Director, managing daily schedules, calls, and emails to optimize executive productivity.
- Communications: Draft and proofread correspondence, emails, reports, and presentations. Manage mail/email, ensuring timely processing of all correspondence.
- Record-keeping: Maintain organized files, ensuring policy and confidentiality compliance
- Event and Project Coordination: Proactively manage and track key deadlines, milestones and deliverables. Organize meetings, training sessions, fundraiser
- Vendor & Partner Liaison: Work closely with vendors, contractors, and volunteers to ensure all deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Travel Arrangements: Arrange and manage travel logistics for all staff
- Social Media Outreach: Manage our social media to promote community engagement
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree OR 5 years of executive assistant experience
- Experience: Previous experience in executive-level administrative support
- Transportation: Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle with insurance
- Availability: 9AM-5PM Mondays through Fridays in our Downtown office, with ability to work after-hours events up to six times monthly. Note: potential for three-day in-person/two day remote hybrid schedule after 90 days.
- Background Check: Successful completion of a background check
- Physical Requirement: Can lift up to 25 lbs
DESIRED SKILLS:
- Organized: Strong organizational and time management skills
- Multi-Tasking: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional Communication: Competent in professional written and verbal communication, with ability to maintain diplomacy and confidentiality in all interactions
- Technology: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite and Instagram/Facebook
