Responsibilities
- Generates new business in addition to manage existing business relationships. Leverage client relationships to build and grow staffing business and share in the profit of that business.
- Clearly communicates with business partners and internal team to set daily and weekly priorities of work.
- Accountable for the timely completion of external meetings, phone calls, and documentation.
- Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential business targets.
- Influences hiring decisions through expertise and thorough knowledge of the talent market and candidate profiles.
- Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices.
Requirements and Experience:
- 2 years sales experience, staffing experience preferred
- MS Office computer experience
- Strong communication skills
- General knowledge of technology and computer operations
- Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment that requires motivation and initiative
