    Day-to-day leadership of staff, customer service, reporting, scheduling,
    coordinating projects and programs, volunteer engagement and communication.
    Responsible for day-to-day operations and staff assignments and productivity.
    Define, create and/or implement processes to assure success and fulfill the
    mission to serve the community.
    Position: ACTS Executive Administrator
    Reports to the ACTS Executive Director
    Requires commitment of a 2.5- 3 day work week
    The role includes the responsibity in the area of oversight of ACTS programs.
    Day-to-day leadership of staff, customer service, reporting, scheduling,
    coordinating projects and programs, volunteer engagement and communication.
    Responsible for day-to-day operations and staff assignments and productivity.
    Define, create and/or implement processes to assure success and fulfill the
    mission to serve the community.
    The role also encompasses exercising day to day decision making in the interest
    of client, staff and community.
    Recruiting, training and onboarding new employees, record keeping.
    Provide support to staff, customer service, scheduling staff, project, and program fulfillment.
    Lead, motivate and engage staff and volunteers in all program activities to assure
    that quality maximum services are provided. Plan, schedule and facilitate
    meetings
    Assure the coordination of all ACTS Programs, including BYI, Weekend
    Recruiting, Job Fairs, Hiring events and continuing education.
    Provide statistical reports as needed for recording activities, productivity,
    community reach and clients served for the following entities:
    • Client Intake and Hiring Data and services offered
    • Career Readiness Training
    • Employer Partners
    • Job Listings
    • Job Fairs, Hiring Events, Weekend Recruiting
    • Brown Youth Initiative
    • Volunteer Engagement and Fellowship
    • Continuing Education and Workshops
    • Helping Hands
    • Other reports as needed
    Meet with Executive Director as needed for planning and setting directives.
    Consult as desired to assure compliance and fulfillment.
