Go Fish Bowl, Llc in Sinking Spring, PA is looking for a CREATIVE AMBITIOUS Executive Chef to join our team. We are a 92 seat restaurant and full service bar. What sets us apart from other restaurants isn't just the artistic dishes and sushi or the imaginative craft cocktails, its our spirit. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Train and develop chefs to company standards
• Create new dishes and menus in accordance with business needs
• Anticipate ingredient needs and arrange re-stock accordingly
• Ensure a productive kitchen flow that upholds business standards
• Place orders with vendors
• creating recipes and ideas for our other location
• grow the company to offer services such as catering and expand the sister company's seafood market.

Qualifications

• Experience working as a sous chef or an executive chef
• High familiarity with kitchen equipment, processes, and health and safety guidelines
• Able to delegate tasks effectively and assist when needed
• Adaptable to high traffic and kitchen volume
• Organization skills and cleanliness skills are imperitive
• Work with local butcher and produce farms for ingredients
• MUST HAVE A POSITIVE ATTITUDE

Average Salary is $60K or more based on experience.

We offer 1 week paid vacation after the first 6 months.

Must have ServSafe Certification.
