$365,000 - $435,000 (based on year classification)Responsibilities : Support tech and life sciences clients at all growth stagesAssist with mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and corporate financeHandle equity financings, technology transfers, complex licensing and collaboration arrangementsEngage in domestic and international tax planningIMPORTANT NOTE : Sole practitionerswill not work, and candidates must have big national firm experience
