Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement to inform compensation decisions.• Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market research to benchmark physician compensation against industry standards, regional trends, and competitor practices. Present findings to leadership and recommend adjustments as needed.• Incentive Plan Design: Lead the design and administration of physician incentive and bonus programs that drive desired performance outcomes. Ensure that incentive plans are transparent, equitable, and aligned with business objectives.• Compensation Review: Perform regular reviews of existing compensation structures and make recommendations for adjustments based on changing market conditions, organizational needs, and regulatory requirements.• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with medical leadership, finance, legal, and HR departments to gather insights, align strategies, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.• Data Integrity: Oversee the accuracy and integrity of compensation data, maintaining a high level of confidentiality and security.
