    Responsibilities:

    • Manage process improvement workshops and efforts.
    • Create and distribute innovative solutions using Project Management, Lean Six Sigma, and Business Process Management.
    • Effectively interact with senior management to solicit suggestions and turn business issues into feasible plans.
    • Cooperate with personnel throughout the distribution facilities and encourage a sense of urgency focused on influencing goals and exceeding deadlines.
    • Provide hands-on expertise, leadership, assistance, mentorship, and recommendations across the organization.
    • Provide mentoring and support to all production leads, managers and supervisors to bring about the necessary cultural change within the company.
    • Create and communicate project reports to management to provide visibility for the lean initiative.
    • Shown ability to generate results through thoughtful process change and thoroughly leading people to deliver sustained results.
    • Documented and Audited Standard Work throughout the plant thus maintaining process control.
    • Assess processes with set up continuous improvement techniques for performance optimization.

    Job Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering
    • Must have Manufacturing experience
    • Lead CI team in process analysis
    • Food Manufacturing Industry
    • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing
    • Technical professional in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Must have outstanding communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong leadership skills & analytical thinking with a quantitative mindset.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
