    Pay: $90,000 -$115,000/yr (Depending on experience)

    Responsibilities:
    • Evaluates present programs through research, surveys, and analysis of compensation trends and/or vendor management to evaluate competitive position as it relates to the company's strategy.
    • Use job evaluation process to determine job requirements and prepare market data analysis to determine compensation program assignment (pay structures, variable pay, equity)
    • Advise, educate, and coach Human Resources and management on compensation programs and systems.
    • Represent compensation and/or serve as project manager on specified initiatives.
    • Review existing and proposed statutory requirements governing compensation administration and recommend appropriate courses of action.
    • Participate in compensation and pay practice surveys by collecting and analyzing competitive pay information to evaluate competitive position as it relates to the company's strategy.
    Required Qualifications:
    • A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a combination of work experience and education will be considered
    • 6 years of Compensation Analyst experience is required.
    • Advanced use of MS Office Applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access)
    • PHR Certification is preferred
    • Experience in job analysis, bonus, and merit process
    • Design compensation modules
    • Market data analysis - pay structures, variable pay, equity
    Work Schedule & Travel Requirements:
    • Monday through Friday, 8 am - 5 pm.
    • Hybrid-remote (2 days in office, 3 days remote)
    • Minimal overnight travel (up to 10%) by land and/or air.
