Executive Compensation Analyst evaluates and analyzes salary data for executives and top management. Administers company executive compensation programs, including executive salary surveys, annual and long-term incentive programs, and deferred compensation plans. Being an Executive Compensation Analyst may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Executive Compensation Analyst works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Work is closely managed. Candidates must be reachable on the appropriate Civil Service eligible list.
OR
Candidates must have one year permanent or 55 b/c service in a title designated as appropriate for transfer in accordance with 70.1 or 52.6 of the Civil Service Law.
This position may be filled at the trainee level. Candidates would be required to serve a two-year traineeship that leads to the SG- 18 position.
Individuals certified eligible for the 55b/c program under the Governor’s Program to Hire Persons/Veterans with Disabilities pursuant to Section 55b/c of the Civil Service Law who possess a Bachelor’s degree will also be considered.
