Duties

• Develop and implement effective telemarketing strategies to reach potential clients.
• Communicate clearly with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Engage in outside sales activities, including networking and attending community events to promote insurance products.
• Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for growth.
• Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies with clients to ensure satisfaction and compliance with regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the company database.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales targets and enhance customer service.
• Stay informed about industry developments, including HIPAA regulations, to ensure compliance in all transactions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail sales or outside sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Strong telemarketing skills with a track record of successful lead generation.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Bilingual proficiency is a plus, enabling effective communication with a broader client base.
• Ability to analyze data and market trends for strategic decision-making.
• Strong negotiation skills, ensuring favorable outcomes for both clients and the company.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
• A valid insurance license may be required depending on state regulations.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
