Job description

SAM Construction Group is a fully integrated Developer/Builder of apartment communities and custom homes who self-performs several scopes of work, including Concrete, Civil, Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical, Drywall and Roofing.

Position Highlights:

• The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing operational support to the management team, with an emphasis on creating presentation slides.

• The Recruiter side will work with HR Director to manage the staffing needs by meeting the hiring goals by filling open positions with talented and qualified candidates.

Primary Duties

• Creating, organizing, and editing presentations on PowerPoint using creativity and graphics.
• Managing calendar and meeting schedule for President and executive team.
• Publishing meeting agendas, taking notes, tracking action items and publishing meeting minutes.
• Coordinating internal and external meetings, which may involve scheduling meeting times, making travel arrangements for attendees, and ensuring that various meeting amenities are available.
• Manage deliveries, and occasional run errands for President.
• Organizing, filing, and archiving paper & digital documents and construction plans, maintaining version control.
• Distributing incoming mail, preparing outgoing mail, maintaining office supply or other inventories.
• Tracking office and IT equipment.
• Creativity in finding qualified talent.
• Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

• Candidates must have intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Projects, Outlook, Google Suite or equivalent and SharePoint.
• 5 years office administration and executive support.
• PowerPoint presentations a plus.
• Highly detailed and organized.
• Experience in construction, real estate or marketing experience.
