We are seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to oversee and manage the housekeeping operations at our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a background in industrial cleaning, custodial services, hospitality, and housekeeping management.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement housekeeping procedures and standards to ensure cleanliness and orderliness
- Supervise and train housekeeping staff to meet performance expectations
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Inspect rooms and common areas to guarantee cleanliness meets established standards
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally
Experience:
- Proven experience in industrial cleaning, custodial services, hospitality, or housekeeping management
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, chemicals, and equipment
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to lead a team effectively and provide guidance when needed
- Attention to detail and a focus on maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Previous experience in a hotel or similar setting is preferred
