Executive Response Manager oversees the resolution of customer complaints that have escalated to the highest level within the organization. Acts as a liaison with product/service suppliers to determine validity of complaints and design and implement product or process change to reduce the number of complaints. Being an Executive Response Manager requires a thorough knowledge of the products/services offered and extensive customer service skills. Exercises a large degree individual discretion. Additionally, Executive Response Manager may require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. To be an Executive Response Manager typically requires 4 to 7 years of related experience. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Clutch is looking for an Account Executive with agency experience in the direct response space for a client of ours.
Responsibilities:- Client communications, managing the project from start to finish
- Creative ideation and strategic insights
- Experience with direct response marketing, including direct mail, digital, DRTV
- Own timelines and budgets for each project and keep team, clients updates on status
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to meet project goals
- Manage processes, obtaining print quotes and developing plans that align with client goals
- 3 years of advertising or marketing agency experience required
- Be able to come on-site 5 days/week
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, controlling retention and new business
- Experience in marketing and direct response advertising strategy
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or related field
